Learning the Alexander Technique not only helps people avoid or alleviate common problems such as back, neck and shoulder-pain, but also helps you deal more calmly and confidently with stressful situations. This taster workshop will introduce you to the principles of the Alexander Technique, and provide tips and pointers to enable you take care of your posture, whether sitting, standing or in activity.  
​In addition, workshops can be arranged for small groups of friends/colleagues at a time to suit you.
