Carolyn Simon MA MSTAT

I qualified from a STAT approved training course in 1995, and am certified as an Alexander Teacher both by STAT (Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique) and ATI (Alexander Teaching International).
I enjoy teaching the Alexander Technique to individuals at my practice in Hampstead Garden Suburb/Temple Fortune, London NW11. Over the years, I have worked with people of all ages, from eight to eighty! I also run introductory workshops explaining how the Alexander Technique can prevent the poor posture-related habits that cause problems for so many of us in later life. I have completed a training programme on Alexander Technique for People with Parkinson's, and have a special interest in developing this aspect of the work.
I have an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University, a Certificate in Counselling Skills (CAC) and am qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner.
